The ‘Goodbye-yummy-thingummy’

My internship is over, that’s a pity. but to make a bitter good bye day more pleasant, I prepared The ‘Goodbye-yummy-thingummy’! (Jagoda’s trade mark by the way!)

Some have asked me for the recipe. Here you are!

3 cups of vanilla crème cheese, a’la junket (like Danio)

2 tablespoons of powder sugar

2 cups of (sweet) cream (30 % fat)

Lemon jelly (2 packs)

1. Put biscuits on the bottom of the square dish

2. Attemper jelly in two cups of warm water. Let it set.

3. Mix the crème cheese with sugar.

4. Using a food mixer, whip the cream (must be stiff!!)

5. Using a tablespoon blend jelly, cheese and cream. Gently!

6. Spill the mixture on the biscuits and immediately put it into the fridge.

7. When it becomes dense put chopped fruits (strawberries, blueberries, bananas) on the top.

* 8. U can flood it with jelly!

Preparing it took me hmmm 19 minutes. It’s really easy! Btw, my explanatory skills are really weak, as you probably see above. And it doesn’t matter if it is English or Polish!! ^^ so be patient and do not hesitate to ask for specification.

Good luck and enjoy!!

Jaja, the cook!

Wow - I can't believe you're already finished with the internship.

I didn't get to talk to you - but now I'll go to Athens! Actually I should have arrived there, safe and sound, but instead I'm still waiting in New York!!! *sigh*

I should send you an e-mail... very soon!! <3
